Alina Wyleżałek is a Polish mountain ultra runner ranked Expert Level A — Rate My Trail's top-100 tier for Polish women — with roughly 40 scored trail races to her name. She has built her results around mid-distance mountain races in Poland and the Alps, including a runner-up finish (2nd woman, 7th overall) at the 80-kilometre Chudy Wawrzyniec in 2025 and a strong showing over 21.5 kilometres and 1,100 metres of vertical at the Górski Bieg Frassatiego in 2024. She carries a UTMB Index of 720 and was selected for the elite women's field at the 2026 Eiger Ultra Trail by UTMB. Off the racecourse, she describes herself as an ultramarathoner, yoga practitioner, and Nordic skier.
