Refund & Cancellation Policy

Crewed is a free mobile app for trail and ultra running fans. There are no physical products, no merchandise, and no digital goods available for purchase on this website. Payments are voluntary contributions from users who choose to support the independent developer behind Crewed.


One-time support contributions

One-time contributions are voluntary tips made to support ongoing development of the Crewed app. Because no product or service is delivered in exchange, these contributions are non-refundable.

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us within 30 days at [email protected] and we will investigate promptly.


Crew+ subscription

Crew+ is an optional recurring subscription that unlocks additional features in the Crewed mobile app. Subscriptions are billed monthly until cancelled.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to Crew+ features until that date.
  • Refunds: Partial refunds are not issued for unused time within a billing period. If a Crew+ feature is discontinued, a prorated refund will be issued for the affected portion of the subscription.
  • Disputes: If you are dissatisfied with your subscription, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of a charge and we will review your case. We aim to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly.

How to request a refund

To request a refund or raise a billing dispute, email [email protected] with:

  • The email address used at checkout
  • The date and amount of the charge
  • A brief description of the issue

We will respond within 3 business days.
