About
Audrée Lafrenière is a Quebec-born trail ultrarunner and UESCA-certified coach who began running at 15 in Shawinigan and relocated to North Vancouver to train on the North Shore Mountains after two decades bridging road and trail running. She won the Quebec Mega Trail and the second edition of Tot Dret — a gruelling Italian Alps race — in 40 hours 42 minutes, and has completed UTMB and the High Lonesome 100 among a growing list of 100-mile finishes; in 2026 she placed 10th at the TERREX Lake Sonoma 100k. Alongside her racing she runs a full-time coaching practice covering half-marathon through 100 miles, and is sponsored by Arc'teryx. One of Canada's most prominent figures in both elite ultra performance and athlete education.
