Barbara Elias is an American ultrarunner with one of the longest competitive arcs in the sport, with results on record spanning from the mid-2000s through 2025. Her breakout performances came at the Javelina Jundred in Arizona, where she finished 4th overall and 1st female in 2005 (22:23:23) and followed it two years later with a 3rd-female, 9th-overall finish in 2007 (21:10:15). She has continued to race deep into ultra distances for two decades since, with results at the Never Summer 100k, Black Canyon Ultras 100K, Bryce Canyon 50 Mile, North Fork 50, Lake Sonoma 50, and the Tunnel Hill 100 Mile in 2025, now competing in the women's 60-64 age category.
