Chantal Bègue is a French trail runner from Réunion Island who races selectively, targeting major events rather than a full local calendar. She won the CCC (Courmayeur–Champex–Chamonix) by UTMB outright among women in 2009, and won the Samoëns Trail Tour (54km) three consecutive years, 2017 through 2019, as well as the Mafate Trail Tour (54km) on Réunion Island in 2018. She placed 4th at the Mascareignes ultra in 2015.
