Chi-Yee Yan — known in Hong Kong's trail running community as Angie Yan — is a Hong Kong ultra-trail runner who has built a consistent podium record across the territory's biggest races. She finished 3rd in the women's field at The North Face 100 Hong Kong in 2023, took 3rd at the Mt. FUJI 100 in Japan, and added a 1st-place finish at the 9 Dragons 50/50 and a runner-up finish at the Lantau 70. She completed her first UTMB in roughly 33 hours and was part of the winning team at the Oxfam Trail Walker, a 100km relay that is one of Hong Kong's most iconic endurance events, before backing it up with a 3rd-place finish at The North Face 100 two weeks later and completing the demanding '4 in 4' race series over the following Christmas period — a demonstration of the depth and durability behind her results.
