Gabriel Sanfaçon is a Canadian trail runner from Quebec who has become one of the province's leading ultra-distance competitors at the Québec Mega Trail (QMT), the province's flagship ultra-trail event running through the Charlevoix and Côte-de-Beaupré regions to Mont-Sainte-Anne. He placed 3rd overall at the QMT-160 in 2021 before winning the QMT-110 outright in 2022. That same July he also topped the 110km field at Ultra-Trail Snowdonia by UTMB in Wales in 15:02, a rare podium finish by a North American at the Welsh race.
