Genevieve Harrison is an American ultrarunner and running coach from Eagle, Colorado who has become one of the most consistent performers at the Leadville Trail 100. She first finished the race in 2017 — famously discovering she was pregnant on the same day she crossed the finish line — and returned to dramatically improve her time, finishing second in the women's race in 22:06:59 with less than a minute separating her from the winner. In 2025 she placed third in the women's race in 20:15:58, finishing 14th overall. Harrison also coaches endurance athletes through Team RunRun, combining elite competition at Colorado's most iconic 100-mile course with a coaching career.
