About

Guillaume Le Normand is a French ultrarunner and longtime Quechua team athlete known as one of the most consistent winners on the French regional trail circuit, particularly the Trails de Provence challenge, which he has won multiple times (2007, 2008, and 2013) along with a string of podium finishes (2nd in 2011, 3rd in 2012). His results span both European singletrack and desert ultra-distance racing: he won Le Treg Ennedi Trail, a 180km crossing of the Chadian desert, in 41:54:00 while racing in the V1 (40+) age category, and has repeatedly topped the podium at 50K-100K races including Restonica Trail, Sky Race Chaberton, Ultra Lozere, and Ultra Trail Plage Blanche. Now competing in the 50-54 age group with a UTMB Index of 721, he remains active on the circuit with a 2nd-place finish at Nord Trail Monts de Flandres in 2024 and a 3rd overall at Trail des Maures in 2025.
