Jennifer Benna

Jennifer Benna is an American ultrarunner based in the Reno/Tahoe area at the foot of the Mt. Rose Wilderness, who has raced more than 40 ultramarathons since beginning the sport on a whim on Southern California trails in December 2003. She holds the course record at the Zion 100, has stood on the podium at the Leadville Trail 100, and won the American River 50. Benna was the 2012 Oregon Trail Ultra Series champion and has added podium finishes at The North Face Beijing 100k, the Cascade Crest 100, the Tahoe Rim Trail 100, and the Pine to Palm 100, along with outright wins at the Bishop High Sierra 50k, the Truckee Trail Half Marathon, and the Ray Miller 50k.
