Katia Fori is an Italian trail and ultrarunner who has represented Italy on the national ultramarathon team and established herself as a consistent top-level performer on the European mountain racing circuit over more than a decade. A Tecnica Trail Running athlete, she is best known internationally for her 3rd-place finish at the 2014 Lavaredo Ultra Trail, one of the most prestigious UTMB World Series 100km races in the Dolomites. She has won multiple events on the Italian trail circuit across her career and regularly placed in the top three at domestic and regional ultra-trail races. Her appearances in the results of the sport's premier European events confirm her status as one of the stalwarts of the Italian women's trail scene.
