Kelsey Hogan is a Canadian professional ultrarunner and mental performance consultant from Steady Brook, Newfoundland and Labrador. A member of the Norda Trail Team, she holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and an undergraduate degree in Interdisciplinary Leadership and Psychology from the University of New Brunswick. She discovered trail and ultrarunning during a career in the nonprofit sector and rapidly progressed through distances from 50km to 200 miles. She has been a consistent performer on the international UTMB World Series circuit, placing 41st at UTMB Mont-Blanc in 2023 and improving to 16th in 2025. She has won the Quebec Mega Trail 100-miler multiple times and took her category at Ultra-Trail Snowdonia by UTMB in 2023. Alongside her racing career she works as a mental performance consultant and speaks publicly on the intersection of mental health, identity, and endurance sport.
