About
Lin Chen is a Chinese trail runner who announced herself on the world stage by winning the 2024 Anta Guanjun Hong Kong 100 by over 55 minutes — on what was her very first attempt at the 100km distance. Her coach had registered her for the 168km Doi Inthanon by UTMB 100 Mile in Thailand before that, which she also won on debut. She has also won the HOKA Kodiak Ultra Marathons women's race (2025) and the HOKA Chiang Mai Thailand by UTMB (2023 and 2024), establishing a pattern of winning on debut at every distance she tackles. She made her UTMB debut in 2025, confirming her status as one of China's most exciting trail running exports.
