About

Manu Vilaseca is a Brazilian trail runner and coach based in Cataluña, Spain, who has been competing since 2011 and is one of the most experienced and accomplished 200-plus mile racers in the world. She placed 8th at UTMB Mont-Blanc in 2013 and 10th in 2015, reached the top of multiple formats — fifth at the Marathon des Sables 250km in 2022, second at the Moab 240, second at the Bigfoot 200, and third at the Tahoe 200 — and in 2025 won the Triple Crown of 200s (Bigfoot + Tahoe + Moab) outright in a new women’s combined course record, one of the most demanding achievements in multi-day ultra running. At the 2024 Cocodona 250 she placed second in the women’s race in 78:04:35, the highest-finishing non-American woman in the event’s history. A UESCA-certified ultrarunning coach, personal trainer, and yoga teacher, she co-founded Wild Peak Collective and runs Peak Run Performance, coaching athletes alongside her own competitive career.
