Martina Klančnik Potrč is Slovenia's most successful competitive trail runner, a full-time teacher, mother, and wife who has built an impressive international résumé while balancing a demanding personal and professional life. The top-ranked Slovenian female by ITRA in 2023, she races for On and is also supported by LEKI and Flowdurance. Her most significant win came at UTVV I Feel Slovenia 110km in 2024, where she set a course record of 13:21:09. In 2025 she continued her strong form, winning the OBALA Ultra Trail 108km, finishing 3rd at Transgrancanaria Classic 126k, and placing 25th at the Trail World Championships Long Trail — a result that demonstrated her competitive standing on the world stage.
