About
Rachel Drake is an American ultrarunner, MD/PhD, and anesthesiology resident from White Bear Lake, Minnesota who is one of the most remarkable multi-faceted performers in the sport. In 2024 she won the Black Canyon 100k, set a course record at the JFK 50 Mile — becoming the first woman to break 6 hours in the race's 62-year history — and was named #3 in the Worldwide UltraRunner of the Year standings while completing her medical residency and raising a young child. A Osprey-sponsored athlete and Precision Fuel & Hydration ambassador, Drake is the wife of fellow elite ultrarunner Tyler Green.
