Ahmed Ouikhalfen is a Moroccan multi-stage desert runner who competes for TEAM KARIM and has become one of the Marathon des Sables' most consistent top-five finishers. He made an immediate mark on his 2024 debut, finishing 6th overall, then improved to 3rd overall in 2025 with a time of 22:27:58, and returned to the top five again in 2026 as the El Morabity-led Moroccan contingent continued its dominance of the race.
