Anna (Kacius) Louden is an American ultrarunner and Brooks-sponsored trail athlete who transitioned from elite road marathoning — she ran 2:44:57 at the 2019 California International Marathon and qualified for the 2020 U.S. Olympic Marathon Trials in 2:46:46 — into one of the deepest 100K résumés in the sport. She won the 2023 Javelina Jundred 100K outright with a course record and took the 2023 Kauai 50 Miler, then represented the U.S. at the 2022 IAU 100K World Championships, finishing 7th individually as part of the gold-medal-winning American team after taking 2nd at the USATF 100K National Championship that year. She has since raced up in distance, finishing the Western States 100 Mile in 2024 and placing 3rd at the 2024 Canyons 100K, and carries a UTMB Index of 763.
