About

Beth Pascall is a British ultrarunner and paediatrician from the Lake District who has built one of the most impressive résumés in British trail running while maintaining a clinical career in medicine. She won the Western States 100 in 2021 in the second-fastest women's time in race history (17:10:42), the Montane Spine Race in 2015, and Ultra-Trail Cape Town in 2019. She has also set a course record on the Bob Graham Round and holds multiple fell running records. A Salomon-sponsored athlete who studied medicine at Nottingham and specialised in paediatrics after volunteering at a children's hospital in Zambia, Pascall is one of the most admired figures in British mountain running.
