Blandine L'Hirondel is a French trail runner and practising OB-GYN from Normandy who is a two-time Trail World Championship winner (2019 and 2022). She set the CCC by UTMB women's course record in 2022 and placed third at UTMB Mont-Blanc in 2023 on her debut at the 170km distance, before winning the Grand Raid de la Réunion - Diagonale des Fous in 2025. Known for her advocacy for women's health in sport through her @lagynecosportive platform, she is one of the most complete mountain runners of her generation.
