About
Christophe Jaquerod is a Swiss ultramarathon runner from Aigle, Switzerland, born 18 February 1966, who left his mark on European trail running through the 1990s and 2000s. His career-defining result came at the Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc in 2005, where he became the only Swiss runner ever to win the race outright — a result still cited among the event's "UTMB Legends." A sponsored Lafuma athlete, he remained competitive well into his Masters years, continuing to race events such as the Trail des Diablerets in his late 40s and 50s.
