Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Wraith is a British ultrarunner whose racing career spans more than a decade of mountain and multi-day events across the UK, the Alps, and further afield. She won the Skyrunning UK 3×3 Ultra in the Lake District outright in 2014, and has repeatedly finished as first woman in some of Britain's toughest point-to-point classics — 8th overall and 1st woman at the 161km Lakeland 100 in 2013, and 4th overall and 1st woman at the 151km West Highland Way Race in 2016. She has also competed at the multi-day Dragon's Back Race in Wales and travelled to Nepal to race the Mustang Trail Race and the Trail des Trois Vallées, and finished the UTS 100K in the Alps in 2023. Across more than 30 documented finishes and 13 years of competition, Wraith has built a reputation as a durable, versatile mountain ultra competitor who keeps returning to the sport's hardest point-to-point and multi-day formats.
