Katarzyna Dombrowska is a Polish professional trail and mountain runner who discovered her love for mountain running in 2016 and has since become one of the most consistent performers on the UTMB World Series circuit. A member of the ON Running pro team, a Garmin ambassador, and a mountain running coach, she brings an analytical approach to the sport informed by her coaching work. She announced herself internationally in 2023 with a 6th-place finish at UTMB Mont-Blanc and a win at Trail Verbier St Bernard by UTMB — a victory she successfully defended in 2024. In 2025 she placed 4th at the Lavaredo Ultra Trail by UTMB and represented Poland at the Trail World Championships. She opened 2026 by winning the UTA100 at Ultra-Trail Australia by UTMB in dominant fashion, cementing her status as one of Europe's top women at 100km trail distances. Strong on technical mountain terrain and noted for her ability to race aggressively in the back half of long mountain courses, she is a fixture near the front of the world's largest trail races.
