About
Marie Dohin is a French ultra-trail runner originally from Strasbourg who discovered trail running while living in Normandy before settling in Méribel in the French Alps in 2014, where the mountains became her daily training ground. She balanced competing with working as Communications Manager at Méribel Tourisme and raising two children before becoming a professional athlete with the KIPRUN Women Team. Her international breakthrough came at the 2024 TDS by UTMB (Trace des Ducs de Savoie) — a 148km race through the Mont-Blanc massif with 9,300m of elevation gain, widely regarded as one of the most technically demanding mountain ultras in the UTMB series — which she won in 24:06. She also placed 5th women at the 2024 Grand Raid de La Réunion (175km/10,107m+) and 3rd on the Traversée Nord (96km).
