About
Rachel Entrekin (born June 17, 1991, Birmingham, Alabama) is a Doctor of Physical Therapy turned elite ultrarunner and the dominant force in North American multi-day racing. She is the only three-time winner of the Cocodona 250, and in 2026 became the first woman to win the race outright — setting a new overall course record of 56 hours 9 minutes 48 seconds in one of the most celebrated performances in ultrarunning history. Earlier victories include the High Lonesome 100, Coldwater Hundred, and a second-overall at the Mammoth 200, while her Pacific Northwest years produced FKTs on Mt. Rainier's Wonderland Trail, Mt. Hood's Timberline Trail, and a section of the Washington PCT. She finished fourth in the UltraRunner of the Year vote for 2025.
