About
Born on May 9, 1970, in Le Mans, Nathalie Mauclair is one of the most decorated French trail runners in history, specialising in long mountain ultras between 50 and 170km. A two-time IAU Trail World Champion (2013 and 2015), her 2015 victory in Annecy-le-Vieux was timed at 9:30:59 and anchored a French women's team clean sweep of the podium. She won the UTMB in 2015 in 25:15:33 and is a two-time winner of the Diagonale des Fous (Grand Raid de la Réunion, 2013 and 2014) — one of trail running's most gruelling island races. Her consistency across multi-day and single-day mountain formats over more than a decade of competition marks her as one of the most complete trail runners France has produced.
