Circling the volcanic lakes and geothermal landscapes of New Zealand's central North Island, the Tarawera Miler runs 163km through ancient Māori trails, redwood forest, and lake shores from Rotorua to Kawerau. The course is fast and runnable with spectacular volcanic scenery, making it one of the Southern Hemisphere's most celebrated trail ultras.
